Smokemade Meats + Eats

Smokemade Meats + Eats is a barbecue restaurant and caterer serving Central Texas-style barbecue, known for its slow smoked brisket, housemade sausages and turkey breast. The meats are smoked with wood for long cooks, often 14 hours or more, and seasoned lightly so the meat carries the flavor. The business started as a pop-up in 2021 and has since opened a brick and mortar restaurant.

The restaurant takes orders at the counter for dine in or takeout. Catering covers groups from about 20 to 300 people, including office lunches, weddings and large pickup orders of meats and sides for home gatherings. Smokemade is at 1400 S Crystal Lake Dr in Orlando, in the Curry Ford West area, and it sells gift cards.
