Mint Builders LLC

Mint Builders LLC is an Orlando contractor that builds accessory dwelling units, the backyard cottages and in-law suites often called ADUs. The company works only on ADUs and offers pre-designed studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom templates with full permitting and turnkey construction. Clients build for rental income, a home for aging parents, room for grown children or a guest house.

The process starts with a property assessment to check lot eligibility, followed by template selection with pricing shown up front. The company handles city permits and inspections, and construction typically runs four to seven months. Financing is available through third-party lenders, subject to credit approval. The company lists its service area across Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties, with its office at Hansel Avenue in Orlando.
