Everglades

Everglades Restaurant is a steakhouse and seafood restaurant inside the Rosen Centre Hotel on International Drive in Orlando. The menu blends Florida traditional flavors with contemporary dishes, with signature choices such as Citrus Crusted Salmon served with lobster risotto, Filet Key Largo topped with jumbo lump crabmeat, and the house specialty Alligator Bay Chowder. Chef Fred Vlachos has led the kitchen for more than 15 years.

The menu changes often, and daily specials are a regular draw for both visitors and locals. The restaurant is open daily from 5:30 pm, and dress is resort casual. It is a good fit for a special occasion, with a complimentary champagne toast and dessert available for birthdays and anniversaries. Reservations can be made by phone, and self-parking is complimentary.
