Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine

Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine serves Anatolian food built around hand-carved halal meats, made-to-order pide bread, and fresh salads and mezes, with many of the Mediterranean ingredients imported from Turkey. The restaurant opened in 2004 as one of the first Turkish restaurants in Central Florida, and its Dr. Phillips location sits on Dr. Phillips Boulevard in Orlando.

Meats are prepared fresh rather than frozen, and vegetarian and gluten-free options are plentiful. The dining rooms are decorated with ebru paintings, silk carpets and handmade glassware, and the service is relaxed but attentive.
