South O Roofing

South O Roofing is a family-owned exterior contractor that handles residential and commercial roofing, along with gutters and gutter guards, siding and wraps, windows, and exterior painting and fascia work. Residential jobs include Atlas, Malarkey, and CertainTeed Presidential shingles, plus composite, synthetic, and steel or metal systems, with impact-resistant options for hail. The company also installs EPDM, TPO, flat, and metal commercial roofs and plans those jobs around parking, entryways, and business hours. Storm and hail claims are a large part of the work, and the crew will help document damage and work with an insurance adjuster.

Free roof inspections are offered with no obligation. The office answers calls 24 hours a day, and online requests need 24 hours' notice, with urgent storm visits scheduled by phone. The homeowner or tenant needs to be present during a residential inspection. The company's headquarters is in South Omaha at 8045 L St, with offices in Lincoln, Atlantic, Iowa, and Craig, Missouri, and it serves the Omaha metro, Lincoln, Council Bluffs, western Iowa, and northwest Missouri.
