Interior, exterior, cabinet and deck painting with published ratesOmaha, NE
P&K Painting is a residential painting company serving Omaha, known for publishing its rates on the website and for a prep-heavy approach to exterior work. It handles interior and exterior house painting, cabinet painting, deck and fence staining, and drywall repair before painting. Every job starts with a free walkthrough and an itemized written estimate, with a 1-year workmanship warranty in writing.
The crew covers furniture and floors on interior jobs and cleans up at the end of each day. Exterior work is scheduled around the weather, typically May through October. Payment is a 25 percent deposit to schedule and the balance on completion after you walk the job. Service runs across Omaha and Douglas County, including Elkhorn, Millard, Papillion, La Vista, Bennington, and Ralston.
