Mercury Builders

Mercury Builders is a custom home builder in Omaha that works from its own floor plans or designs a home from scratch. The team covers design consultation, permitting, construction and final finishes, and the company also takes on commercial construction and roofing. Jeff Gehring leads the company, which won Omaha Magazine's Best of Omaha first place award for custom home builder in 2018, 2019 and 2023.

Custom clients get ten hours of personal design time with a professional designer, and the company works with several local banks on financing. Quality details include Marvin windows and quartz countertops, and each home comes with a one-year builder's warranty and a three-year Service One warranty. Once the permit is issued, projects are typically completed in seven to nine months. The company serves Omaha, Council Bluffs, Papillion, Gretna, Bellevue, Elkhorn and the wider metro, with its office in Omaha.
