Cahoy's Gymnastics Training Center

Cahoy's Gymnastics Training Center teaches gymnastics to boys and girls from toddler "tots" age up through competitive levels. The Cahoy family has been coaching for over four decades, and the gym has developed state, regional, national, collegiate and Olympic competitors. Its stated aim is affordable programs that teach life lessons alongside skills.

Classes run in monthly sessions, with new sessions starting on the first of each month. Gymnasts often form close friendships with teammates and coaches, and several college scholarship recipients return to train at the gym during summers. The gym is at 8524 Madison Street in Omaha, and private lessons are offered alongside group classes.
