Broadmoor at Aksarben Village is an apartment community in Omaha's historic Aksarben neighborhood, run by Broadmoor, a residential property management company with communities across Omaha, Lincoln, Des Moines and Sioux City. Units range from studios to two-bedroom homes, with open kitchens, granite islands, soaking tubs, nine-foot ceilings, balconies and large closets. Shared amenities include two swimming pools, a 24-hour fitness center, a private movie theater and a clubhouse that's popular for showers and game-day gatherings.

Dogs and cats are welcome. Dogs must be spayed or neutered, weight and breed limits apply, and each apartment is limited to one dog. Cats must also be spayed or neutered. Prospective residents can reach the leasing office by phone or text, and the community is a short drive from I-80, with shopping, dining, walking trails and a dog park nearby.
