Benson Animal Clinic

Benson Animal Clinic is a small veterinary clinic that cares for dogs and cats. Dr. Zimmerman, the sole practicing veterinarian since he bought the clinic in 1998, handles routine care, bloodwork, dental cleanings, and surgeries such as spays, neuters, and mass removals. The clinic also offers boarding for established clients and end-of-life services.

Surgeries and mass removals are by appointment, Monday through Friday, and payment is due when services are rendered. The clinic does not handle emergency surgery, so urgent cases are referred to VCA Midwest or Urgent Pet Care. Boarding is limited to pets whose owners have been with the clinic for at least a year, and pets must be spayed or neutered and up to date on vaccines. The clinic is on North 61st Street in Omaha.
