Backlund Plumbing is a family-owned, full-service plumbing company that started in Omaha in 1940. It handles residential and commercial service and repair, remodels, new construction plumbing, utility work and drain cleaning, and says it has the largest service and repair department in the Omaha metro area.
The company has a staff of licensed plumbers and customer service representatives and a fleet of fully equipped trucks, and it offers a customer satisfaction guarantee on its work. Customers in the Omaha area call the Grover Street office for emergency and weekend service, and reviewers mention prompt callbacks and fair weekend call pricing, though some have raised concerns about upfront pricing on camera drain inspections.
