Arjay Builders Inc.

Arjay Builders is a custom home builder that has been building homes since 1969, led by Collin Shramek. The company's focus is on custom homes built with personal attention, and its website highlights a range of projects, including homes in The Prairies, Linden Estates, and Newport Landing. Clients often mention the detail in the finish work and the company's responsiveness after move-in.

Arjay works directly with homeowners through the design and build process, meeting several times before construction starts and keeping clients informed along the way. The office is on Grover Street in Omaha, and the company has a listing for available lots on its website.
