The Evergreen State College

The Evergreen State College is a public liberal arts and sciences college with its main campus in Olympia, offering over 45 fields of study and a range of programs. Its outdoor and athletics life runs through the Costantino Recreation Center, The Outdoor Program, which leads local and regional hiking and camping trips, and a small USDA-certified organic farm used as a learning lab for students.

Access to the Costantino Recreation Center is included in student fees for currently enrolled students, while faculty, staff and community members can pay a daily or ongoing fee. Indoor and outdoor spaces can be reserved through Schedule Evergreen with an Evergreen login. Sports and fitness gear, from yoga mats to climbing shoes, can be borrowed for free at the front desk on a first-come, first-served basis. The center closes for breaks and official holidays, and its swimming pool is currently closed.
