PNW Homes Group

PNW Homes Group is a real estate brokerage run by Ron Rougeaux, known as Captain Ron, a managing broker with eXp Realty. The site describes work with buyers, sellers, investors, land and acreage buyers, and out-of-state relocations, with a focus on Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and Thurston County. Buyers can set up a private MLS search or send in homes they find on public sites for a review, and sellers can request a free home value estimate.

Ron has been in the business for more than 15 years and is licensed in Washington and California. He says he brings in inspectors, lenders and contractors when a deal needs them. The office is at 400 Union Ave SE in downtown Olympia, and the team also covers nearby communities across South Sound and beyond.
