Madsen Roofing, Inc.

Madsen Roofing, Inc. is a commercial roofing contractor that has focused solely on the commercial sector since 1995, after roof installation work for the South Puget Sound area began in 1982. The company concentrates on single-ply systems, modified bitumen applied by torch or cold process, and composition shingles on commercial buildings, and it also offers maintenance plans with scheduled inspections, debris clearing, drain flushing and minor repairs.

Work is coordinated with design professionals, general contractors and building owners to make sure installations meet current building codes and manufacturer warranty requirements. Homeowners looking for residential reroofing will not find that focus here. Estimate requests are taken through the website, and the office is on Martin Way in East Lacey.
