Homestead Originals

Homestead Originals is a remodeling and construction company known for exterior painting with weather-resistant coatings, siding repair and replacement, and dry rot detection and structural repair. The crew also builds accessory dwelling units, custom well house enclosures for water system components, and handles gutter cleaning, downspout flushing and pressure washing for mold and mildew.

The company works in Olympia and the surrounding areas of Thurston and Lewis counties. Project requests start with a quote form on the website, followed by a walkthrough to assess the job. For ADU builds, electrical and plumbing work is not included, but the team coordinates with licensed professionals to keep the project code compliant.
