Doyle Construction

Doyle Construction is a family-run custom home builder that designs and builds custom homes, whole-home remodels and additions, and backyard cottages (ADUs and DADUs) across the South Sound. Daniel Doyle founded the company in 2019, and his father Daimon, a former president of Built Green Washington who has been building since the late 1980s, joined in 2022. The same team handles design and construction, so one group carries a project from first plans to finished house.

The company is based in Tumwater and serves Thurston, Pierce, Mason, and Lewis counties. Most custom homes fall between $750,000 and $1.5 million, and a pre-construction phase produces a full budget and specifications before permits are pulled.
