Bayside Exterior Cleaning

Bayside Exterior Cleaning is an exterior cleaning company that handles roof cleaning, moss treatment, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, window cleaning and commercial power washing. Its roof and house washing uses soft-wash methods with low pressure and biodegradable soap rather than high-pressure spray, which the company says keeps shingles and siding from being damaged.

The company works with homeowners and businesses across Thurston County and offers free estimates through an online quote form or by phone. Owner Nicholas Dennis runs the family business, and the website lists a satisfaction guarantee on all work. Service areas named on the site include Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Yelm and South Bay.
