Counseling Associates, LLC offers individual counseling for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, chronic illness and life transitions, plus couples and family counseling focused on communication and conflict. The practice also provides psychiatric medication evaluation and management as part of a treatment plan, and offers Alpha-Stim therapy for anxiety, PTSD and insomnia. It has experience supporting people affected by Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses.

Sessions are usually about 50 minutes and can be in person or by secure telehealth video. Insurance is accepted, and self-pay options are available.
