Sea Gate Rentals

Sea Gate Rentals is a rental agency on the Connecticut shoreline that handles summer rentals, academic rentals and year-round rentals. Its listings are mostly beach cottages and homes in areas such as Cornfield Point, Knollwood Beach, Indian Town, Old Saybrook and Westbrook, with rents quoted per week.

To check availability or book, you can email the office or call. Rental prices are subject to a 15% Connecticut state sales tax on short-term rentals, and the agency asks that you confirm details with an agent before booking. Many listings are a short walk to a beach, and a few have waterviews or private beach access.
