PC Doctors Inc.

PC Doctors Inc. is an IT consulting and computer repair company serving the North Eastern Pennsylvania region. Common jobs include virus removal, computer tune-ups, data backup and recovery, printer troubleshooting, broken screen repairs, and network wiring. The company also works on business needs such as server installation and maintenance, business telephone systems, and security surveillance installation.

Technicians can make house calls to homes and businesses, or handle many problems remotely by connecting to your computer over the internet. For remote repairs, you call first to describe the problem, and if remote help is a fit, you are given steps to connect. Repairs can be paid over the phone with a credit card. The company says you pay nothing if a diagnosis does not lead to a fix. Store locations are in the Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and Shavertown area, with the Wilkes-Barre office at 184 Wilkes-Barre Township Blvd.
