TRIAD Fitness Supplements Nutrition

TRIAD is a supplement store chain with four locations across the Oklahoma City metro, selling protein, pre-workout, vitamins, energy drinks and snacks from brands such as Optimum Nutrition, Ghost, Thorne and Quest. The staff are NASM-certified, and the stores also offer a free InBody body composition scan and meal plans built around a customer's goal by a certified coach.

No appointment is needed for the scan, meal plan or a walk-in visit, and customers can call their nearest store to order by phone with shipping for $5. The North OKC store is at 14201 N May Ave in Oklahoma City, and the chain also has stores in Edmond, Yukon and Norman. Stores are open Monday through Friday until 9pm, with shorter hours on weekends.
