Oz Saferooms

Oz Saferooms builds aboveground, monolithic concrete tornado shelters that are formed and poured on the customer's lot, with no heavy equipment needed. The company offers home saferooms in several sizes, from 6-person units up to 15-person models, plus prefabricated saferooms available for delivery. The saferooms are built with 5,000 PSI reinforced concrete, a steel-trapped sliding door, and a rebar cage running through the floor, walls and ceiling.

The company says its saferooms are designed to exceed FEMA requirements and to protect occupants from a direct tornado hit. Low-interest financing is available on approved credit, with little money down. The office is at 3216 SE 30th Street in Del City and is open weekdays and Saturday morning, with evening and weekend appointments available for busy families.
