The Oklahoma Pork Council is a producer-led trade organization that has served the state's pork producers since 1991. It represents the interests of pig farmers across Oklahoma, from large commercial operators to first-time 4-H and FFA exhibitors.
The council is funded through federally collected Pork Checkoff dollars and uses them to promote pork and pork products, fund research, educate consumers and producers, and support the state's pork industry. Its office is at 901 North Lincoln Boulevard in Oklahoma City, open weekdays during business hours. Members, sponsors and farmers can reach the staff by phone or email, and donation requests are handled through its contact page.
