KidStrong Oklahoma City

KidStrong Oklahoma City is a kids' development center offering science-based training for children from crawling through age 11. Weekly classes combine movement, cognitive challenges and life skills, with obstacle courses, coach-led games such as tug of war, and a closing ceremony that recognizes kids and parents each week. The center also runs camps and birthday parties.

Each membership includes one 45-minute class per week, and parents join on the floor for children under four. KidStrong has partnered with Good Inside, the parenting program founded by clinical psychologist Dr. Becky Kennedy, to give parents tools for handling big feelings at home. The location is in Oklahoma City and is part of the national KidStrong franchise.
