Evolution Counseling

Evolution Counseling is a individual therapy practice led by Christa, a trauma-informed therapist with over 16 years of experience. The practice offers ongoing individual therapy for adults and focused PTSD treatment using Written Exposure Therapy. Work centers on relationship challenges, life transitions, family dynamics, stress and decision making, with particular experience in trauma, substance use and long-term stress.

The practice is not currently accepting new clients, though past clients can reach out by email about current availability. Sessions are held at the office on West Sheridan Avenue in Oklahoma City's downtown area, and a brief, no-pressure conversation is offered to see whether it is a good fit.
