Lake Pointe Dental Group provides family, cosmetic and restorative dentistry in Oklahoma City, led by Dr. Shannon Maddox. Her additional training covers cosmetic, implant and full mouth restoration dentistry, and the practice offers crowns, bridges, veneers, dental implants and periodontal therapy. Care is built around a treatment plan for each patient, with a focus on preventive checkups and patient education.

New patients can download intake forms from the website and bring them to their first appointment, and visits can be requested online or by phone.
