The Falls at Ogunquit is a resort of seventy-four luxury suites in the seaside village of Ogunquit, Maine, run by InnSeason Resorts, which has operated in New England since 1987. Most suites have a separate bedroom with a whirlpool, a living room with an electric fireplace and a sleep sofa, and a full kitchenette. One-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts are available.
Rooms have air-conditioning, free WiFi and a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker and cooktop. Guests can use an indoor pool, sauna, exercise room, library and barbecue areas. Guests must be 21 to check in, a government-issued ID is required, and only service animals are allowed. Stays need a two-night minimum most of the year and three nights in summer.
