Pest Control

Smart Value Pest Control is a family-owned pest control company that keeps its prices affordable and sells home plans rather than long-term contracts. The company states that it will never require a contract, so customers can leave if they are not satisfied.

If pests return between visits or a visit misses something, the company says it will come back within 48 hours at no charge. Customers can call or text, and texts sent after 5 PM or on weekends are answered the next business day. The office is in Lehi, Utah.
