Wisconsin Fitness Company

Wisconsin Fitness Company is a small-group fitness gym offering Cross Train, HYROX, Strength & Physique and Circuit classes. Sessions use unconventional equipment in the Circuit classes and endurance-focused workouts for HYROX, and every class is scaled to the individual.

Classes are small on purpose so coaches can check form and technique, and the gym is led by owner Rusty, who has over 10 years of coaching experience. New members can take a free class or a free trial week before signing up. The gym is at 654 Armour Rd. in Oconomowoc.
