Metroflex Gym

Metroflex Gym is an old-school bodybuilding gym in Oceanside, built around the "Golden Era" style of training, with a gritty, supportive floor for both competitive lifters and first-timers. Owners Louis and Sabrina Uridel founded the gym and run it as a close-knit community, with Louis also a personal trainer and amateur bodybuilding competitor.

The gym is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with staffed hours on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Membership options include day passes, month-to-month, and a one-year contract. The gym is at 318 N Horne Street in Oceanside.
