Party Time Rentals

Party Time Rentals rents tents, furniture, bars, linens, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, centerpieces and other tabletop items for weddings, social events and corporate functions. Its catalog also includes lounge chairs, sofas, rugs, podiums, chafing dishes and coffee service, and the company runs a design service for event layouts.

Reservations require a signed contract from the person financially responsible for the rental, along with a credit card on file and a non-refundable deposit of 50 percent. Orders over $500 can be paid in full at booking, and credit card payments carry a 3 percent convenience fee. Customers can pick up orders at the Ocala showroom during will-call hours, and delivery fees depend on distance and crew size. Sales consultations are billed at $25 an hour and credited toward a booking.
