CCS Mechanical Inc.

CCS Mechanical Inc. is a commercial and institutional HVAC contractor that designs, installs and maintains mechanical systems for office buildings, schools, hospitals and industrial facilities. Its customers are mostly general contractors, facility owners and developers, and the company handles estimating, CAD coordination and ductwork fabrication in house at its Ocala shop. Healthcare environments, humidity control and building automation integration are among its specialties.

Projects are bid on request, so the usual first step is to request a bid online or call the office. The company works within about an hour of Ocala, including Gainesville, The Villages, Leesburg and the western edge of Orlando. It also offers scheduled preventive maintenance agreements for facilities after construction is finished, and it has been in business since 1969.
