Apex Soft Wash

Apex Soft Wash is a family-owned exterior cleaning company that uses soft washing equipment for houses, roofs, driveways, decks, fences, and commercial buildings. Residential jobs include house washes, roof washes, driveway and deck cleaning, while commercial work covers building washes, parking lots, sidewalks, and apartment complexes. The company says it works on vinyl siding, hardiplank, face brick, concrete, and paver patios, and it has completed projects for a local school district and a blood center headquarters.

The business is run by two co-owners and offers free estimates through its website or by phone. Its office is in Norwalk, Iowa, and it says it serves Des Moines and the surrounding area. The soft wash approach uses low-pressure chemical application, which the company says protects paint and siding from damage that high pressure can cause.
