Sally's Sweet Shoppe is a small-batch bakery in Genesee Depot that makes nearly everything from scratch and starts each day with a range of breakfast pastries. Breads, cupcakes, bars, individual desserts and cookies are available throughout the day, and the shop is known for decorated cookies, decorated cakes, custom dessert orders and kringle. It also supplies local restaurants, coffee houses and catering halls, and takes seasonal Thanksgiving menu orders.

Cakes, cupcakes and custom orders are placed through order forms or email, and replies usually come within about 36 hours, so it helps to plan ahead. Orders must be picked up at least half an hour before closing. The shop sits on Highway 83 at the railroad tracks in the small downtown district, with a paved parking lot on the Crossing Community Church property. The bakery is closed on Mondays.
