Services include relaxation massages, therapeutic massages, reflexology and cupping, with sessions of 45 to 120 minutes and three-session packages available.

Each therapeutic session begins with a short intake covering pain areas, range of motion, daily activities and health history, so the work can be tailored from the start. Relaxation and reflexology sessions also begin with an intake. Booking is available online, and the business is open weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM.
