Arkansas Legal Counsel

Arkansas Legal Counsel is a private law practice run by David M. Cole, an attorney who is also a licensed CPA. The firm handles real estate matters, business and tax work, and wills, trusts and estate planning. On the real estate side, the focus is the legal side of commercial and multifamily property, including purchase agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, closings and zoning. On the business side, Cole helps clients choose an entity, draft and review contracts, and understand the tax effects of a deal before signing.

Flat fees are quoted in advance for wills, estate plans and most document work, while contested or ongoing matters are billed hourly against a retainer with an itemized statement. Meetings are by appointment, in person or by video, and the firm serves Little Rock, North Little Rock and Central Arkansas. The office is in North Little Rock. Legal Aid of Arkansas is a separate organization for people who need free civil help.
