Lucky Pawz LLC

Lucky Pawz runs dog daycare and boarding in the Iowa City and Coralville area, with two locations, one in Iowa City and one in North Liberty. Daycare gives dogs a supervised day of play and exercise with groups of up to 15 dogs of similar activity level. Overnight boarding is offered with daycare, or as a boarding-only option where dogs get several visits to an exercise yard each day.

Each boarding dog has a separate kennel with a blanket and water, and dogs from the same household may share a kennel. Staff post photos from daycare throughout the day so owners can see who their dog played with. The business was started by four dog lovers who met while walking their dogs in a neighborhood park.
