Douglas Brooke Homes

Douglas Brooke Homes builds new single family homes in Southwest Florida for families buying their first or next home and for real estate investors assembling rental portfolios. The company offers six floor plans with modern finishes, and buyers can also bring their own lot. Founder Craig Evans is a third-generation builder with nearly 30 years of construction experience, and the company stresses schedule, budget and clear communication through each build.

Buyers work through a process that runs from choosing a model or lot, through the build, to a final walkthrough and keys, with standard builder warranties after move-in. Investors get a dedicated investor sales director, preferred lenders and a process designed for portfolio builds that can be handed off to a property manager. The company builds across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and North Fort Myers, and the office is on Hancock Bridge Parkway in North Fort Myers.
