Mannered Mutts Dog Training

Mannered Mutts Dog Training teaches obedience and off-leash skills for dogs in busy suburban and city settings. Trainers work on habits such as jumping on guests, biting, leash pulling, barking, digging and aggression, and aim to keep dogs focused on their handler around squirrels, other dogs and strangers. The method centers on a communication system between owner and dog, with basic-to-advanced obedience programs.

A free, no-obligation demonstration lets owners describe problems and goals before committing, and trainers then outline a plan for the dog. Virtual dog evaluations are also offered. The business serves northeastern Illinois from its location on West Elm Road in Lake Bluff.
