Blake & Sons Heating & Air

Blake & Sons Heating & Air handles residential heating and air conditioning repair, tune-ups, maintenance and equipment installation. The family-owned company was started by Ken Blake, who ran a heating and air business in Staten Island, NY, before moving the family to North Charleston. Ryan Blake, George Makris and Justin Blake now run the business, which covers repairs from minor component swaps to full system overhauls.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and the company offers financing for larger jobs. Installation work is backed by a 2-year labor warranty and a 10-year equipment manufacturer warranty, and the company states it provides upfront pricing with no hidden fees. The shop is at 4791 Boykin Dr in North Charleston and serves the surrounding Charleston-area communities.
