Carrera Construction

Carrera Construction is a design-build general contractor focused on restaurants, commercial, industrial, multi-family and retail projects. The company handles new construction, additions, renovations and fast-paced tenant finish work. Its core services include detailed project budgeting, value engineering to find cost savings without cutting quality, and property assessments. Much of its work comes from repeat clients on an open-book basis.

Under a single contract, the company brings owners, designers and trades together from concept to completion, and it manages permits and zoning. Budgets are often delivered within two weeks. Carrera serves Greater Cincinnati, parts of Northern Kentucky and Indiana, and will travel for projects beyond that. Ongoing maintenance is handled through trusted partners rather than in-house. The headquarters is on Mills Street in North Bend.
