Qazi Law

Qazi Law is an immigration law firm led by attorney Farrah Qazi. The firm handles VAWA self-petitions, U and T visas, naturalization, family-based petitions, K-1 fiancé(e) visas, asylum, EB-5 investor cases, and motions to reopen or reconsider. Clients have come from more than 40 countries, and the firm reports more than 2,000 cases approved.

Consultations are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Once a client hires the firm, cases are typically processed within three weeks, and the staff fill out the required documents for clients. The office is in Batavia on East Wilson Street and is closed on weekends.
