Guestroom Records is an independent record store with locations in Norman, Oklahoma City and Edmond, selling new and used vinyl and CDs. The shop buys used records and runs pre-orders for new releases, and it has been operating in Oklahoma since 2003. Founders Justin Sowers and Travis Searle started out doing door-to-door record sales before opening a storefront in downtown Norman in 2003.
Shoppers can browse in person or order over the phone during regular business hours, and gift certificates and store merchandise are available. Some very limited releases are sold in store only, and Record Store Day releases can only be bought at the shop on the day of the event. The Norman store is on East Main Street, and the shop is open late on weekdays and Saturdays.
