Balfour of Norman

Balfour of Norman is a Sooner merchandise shop on Campus Corner in Norman, Oklahoma, stocking OU sportswear for men, women, youth, toddlers, and infants, along with alumni gear, championship gear, and OU gifts and collectibles. It was established in 1974 by Grover Ozmun and has been locally owned since 2006, when Jerry and Libby Hatter took over. In 2025 ownership passed to Mitchel Barker and his wife Kelsey, who had both worked at the store.

The shop is open Monday through Saturday with shorter Sunday hours, and it keeps extended hours on gamedays. Gift cards are available, and customers can also shop online through the store's website. Balfour of Norman sits at 792 Asp Ave. on the corner of Campus Corner.
