Regions Property Management

Regions Property Management is a property management company that handles rentals for investors, homeowners and landlords in the Bloomington-Normal area. The company says it manages more than 200 single family homes, townhouses, condos and apartments, and its services cover marketing vacancies, screening tenants, collecting rent, handling maintenance and providing financial reporting.

Owners can track their investment through an online owner portal that holds statements, and tenants can log in to a separate portal to pay rent or submit maintenance requests. Maintenance requests are handled around the clock, and the office at 112 Boeykens Place in Normal is open weekdays during business hours.
