Detect Termite & Services

Detect Termite & Moisture Services is a veteran-owned company that inspects and treats termites, corrects crawl space moisture, and repairs the damaged framing those problems leave behind. Its inspectors work under the house, checking framing, piers, sills and moisture readings, and the company's own technicians and carpenters handle the treatment and repairs. It also prepares WDI reports for home closings and offers commercial and residential pest control.

The company has operated since 2015 and says it has completed more than two thousand jobs around Hampton Roads. Its office is at Granby Street in Norfolk, and homeowner inspections are free when a problem is suspected. Closings are scheduled around contract dates, and customers can request an inspection by phone or through the website. Its routes cover the Hampton Roads region from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach.
