RISE Builders LLC

RISE Builders is a custom home builder and high-end remodeling firm that works on luxury custom homes, whole-home remodels and additions. The company says its founder, Lance Cleland, has completed more than 600 homes since starting as a licensed builder about thirty years ago, and he handles communication and project management himself alongside VP of Design and Project Management Brianne Bentley.

Projects begin with a conversation about design and selections, and the team can help clients find a home site if they don't already own a lot. RISE is a member of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis and offers warranty coverage through the association, plus six-month and one-year walkthroughs after closing. The company serves Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield, Noblesville, Fishers and the greater Indianapolis area, with its office at Burleigh Place in Noblesville.
