Primeval Brewing

Primeval Brewing makes classic European beer styles, including German lagers and wheat beers, an English porter, a cream ale and a yuzu gose. The brewery has won awards, including Grand Champion Brewery at the 2023 Indiana Brewers' Cup. Its founders came out of the homebrewing scene, and the lineup includes a Helles, an Edelweiss, a rauchbier and a hazy IPA.

The taproom is modeled on German beer halls and sits just off the Noblesville Square on Logan Street. It is family-friendly and serves food alongside the beer. Live trivia runs Wednesdays, open mic nights fall on the second and fourth Thursdays, music bingo is on Fridays, and live music is scheduled on most Saturdays. The taproom also rents out for private events of up to 100 people, with a food and beverage minimum that depends on the day. Gift cards are available.
