Fling Bungee Fitness

Fling is a fitness and aerial studio for women in Noblesville. It offers bungee fitness, a mix of stretch, tone and strength classes, rebounder mini-trampoline workouts, kickboxing, cable circuit, aerial yoga, pole fitness, lyra hoop and expressive flow dance.
